Smoked Pork Loin

A real favorite for many years. Our most popular Christmas and Holiday gift selection.

We loosen the chime bone for ease of carving at home. With typical carving you'll cut a chop with a rib bone and a chop with out a rib bone. (Yield approx. 16-18 chops).

For Roasting – pre-heat oven to 300°F, place your smoked loin roast in the roaster, we recommend a little apple juice, Vernors ginger ale or water in the bottom of the roaster, put the cover on and carefully put the roaster in the pre-heated oven for 2 hours and enjoy the essence of smoked loin that will fill your kitchen.

Chops – the smoked chops can also be grilled or pan fried 2-3 minutes per side (medium heat). Enjoy with a tossed salad and a baked potato and you have a quick easy meal.
